Right now it’s Belle here and Beauty and the Beast – over and over. But for the looongest time it was “Baaahbie Punzo!” a Barbie Rapunzel DVD she wanted to watch a dozen times every day with singing dragons and not a bit of resemblance to the actual Rapunzel story.

Also, we’re big on Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) because, “her dress is pink!”

Cinderella was always one of my mom’s favorite Disney movies, but I always was more partial to Beauty & The Beast, Sleeping Beauty, and Aladdin. Today I think all Disney movies suck unless Pixar is involved though.

My niece was addicted to Snow White. AKA ‘No White. I wonder what triggers that love for one particular princess? I was a Cinderella girl myself. I even played Cinderella in the kindergarten graduation. Oh those sparkly slippers still get me.
