Goddess with a Blade — Lauren Dane

Not only did JADED release this week, so did Lauren’s Dane’s GODDESS WITH A BLADE. I’ve read this one, guys, and it’s GOOD. Don’t miss it. Read on for an opportunity to win it.

Rowan Summerwaite is no ordinary woman. Physical vessel to the Celtic Goddess Brigid and raised by the leader of the Vampire Nation, she’s a supercharged hunter with the power to slay any vampire who violates the age-old treaty.

A recent string of murders has her at odds with Las Vegas’s new Scion, the arrogant and powerful Clive Stewart. The killings have the mark of Vampire all over them, and Rowan warns Clive to keep his people in lineโ€”or she’ll mete out her own brand of justice.

Though her dealings with Clive are adversarial to say the least, Rowan is intensely aware of her attraction to him. But she can’t let it distract her from her dutyโ€”to find and battle the killer before more women die.

  4. Iโ€™ve got to say, Iโ€™m a big fan of Urban Fantasy, but a lot of story concepts fall flat when I hear them. Thatโ€™s why I am so interested to read Goddess With A Blade. The entire concept sounds interesting. I canโ€™t wait to read it.

  5. I’d love to win! I heart Lauren Dane’s writing.
Interesting eh? I recently made a list for book pirates on other ways to get books for free. Oh yeah, I actually got a quote from Lauren to use in my article.

I walked away from the Lori Foster’s Reader/Writer convention with 31 paperbacks and I spent $1. That’s pretty interesting eh?

  11. I would love to win this book. Something interesting, my friend Krissy who commented either right above me or a few above me. We share books and we are addicts. She reads so much faster than me. Right now I’m torturing her because I’m reading Vampires in Atlantis by Alyssa Day. She actually won a copy from Alyssa but since she is in Japan with her Navy guy, Krissy hasn’t gotten her copy. ๐Ÿ™‚ So she has wait to read it until next week. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

  24. Something interesting… hmmm… It’s so hot here in the South that I’m pretty sure I coulda fried my eggs on the hood of the car. Which would have been something to think of, at the time, considering I don’t have a stove….

  25. Darn, I really love to say “enter me in the contest”! Ok, something interesitng. Well, I check both your blog and Lauren Dane’s blogs everyday because I love your books.
